Diego Echevers, professionally known as DETHO, is a Panamanian photographer specializing in fashion, editorial, and portraiture. For more than seven years, he has developed a contemporary perspective on Latin American fashion and identity, working across Panama, Costa Rica, Colombia, Mexico, Italy, and the United States. His collaborators include Michelle Ferrer, TULU, John Bejarano, Verónica Ángel, Toribio & Donato, BLESK, and MENOS117.

In 2026, he photographed UMBRAL, the Michelle Ferrer × TULU collection, in Venice and at New York Fashion Week. He has also worked with Panama Fashion Week, Costa Rica Fashion Week, and Homens Week in Cali. His photography has been published or credited by GLAMOUR Mexico, FashionUnited, Billboard Music, THE WORLD KATS MAGAZINE, ELLAS, Telemetro, AUNO, DEBUT, and The Best Chef Awards.
